1. Simply use our convenient shopping basket system to select the specific items you wish to purchase and using the ORDER buttons under each product, automatically fill out the order form while you are online, You can then order online using the checkout button which will allow you to enter your personal and credit card details via a secure page.
2. Alternatively, you can simply print off our blank Fax/Mail Order Form, complete and then fax or mail the form or phone us direct as per the details below.

By phone, fax or online: Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard, American Express
By mail: Cheque, money order or credit card as above. Note: Orders paid for by cheque will not be despatched until funds have been cleared.
For international orders we can only accept payment by credit card – Visa, Mastercard or Amex only.

Our online store uses the latest in SSL secure encryption technology to ensure the security and privacy of your payment details. When you enter the checkout page you will will be advised that you are entering a secure site area and the secure page symbol (a padlock in the case of Internet Explorer) will display while in the secure section.

All prices and charges are quoted in Australian dollars and are displayed including 10% Australian GST tax. For international orders, this 10% will be deducted on the shopping basket page when you confirm the shipping destination as being outside of Australia.

We do our best to ensure availability of products listed on our site. In the unusual event of a temporary out of stock situation, for Australian orders we will ship the available portion of your order and ship the balance when it becomes available. You will only pay for shipping once. For International orders we will wait until your order is complete before shipping.

Again we do our best to keep all product listed on our site current. In the event however of a product being no longer available from the supplier we will contact you and either not process any payment or issue a full refund for that item.

You may return an item in its original condition for a refund or credit to your account within 14 days of you receiving your order. Return shipping charges should be prepaid and any refund of shipping charges will only be on the basis of the return being due to our error. The original invoice or a copy must accompany all returns. After a return has been received, it will take up to five business days to process. If payment was by credit card a refund will be credited to your account. If payment was by cheque or money order, a refund cheque will be posted to you.

All orders will be dispatched within five business days.

 A charge of $4.00 per embroidery card will be added for all deliveries within Australia.

For Orders from outside Australia

For all international customers, when you select your country of destination, the shopping basket will display a NIL shipping charge as the actual shipping and packing charges will be added to your order and charged to your credit card, when it is been packed and the true costs calculated. In this way we aim to keep shipping costs as low as possible.

All international orders will be dispatched by standard international mail.
